Featuring a live musical performance by Brooke Brown Saracino and photographs by Gregory Bartlett
Brooke Brown Saracino is out and about the country celebrating her sophomore, solo-produced and recorded record, Stranger's Story - an understanding of silence and words; a perfectly accurate representation of her full yet solo sound, and somehow through the simplicity comes profundity and something that all artists can only hope for - to reach the Listener.
Paired with Brooke's performance are Gregory Bartlett's small photographs that are simple and straightforward, yet captivating. Intimate in gesture, obsessively detailed, his photographs are quietly observant, sharing unseen occurrences and untold stories.
Although Brooke and Gregory are long time collaborators- Gregory created the album art for Brooke's debut and sophomore CD Releases, they took their collaborative concept to the road for the first time this January as they toured down the west coast. Join them for the closing night of the tour: Stranger's Story- an intimate night of pictures and songs at The Spare Room Project.
More information on their tour can be found at http://www.gregorybartlett.net/strangersstory.html
