Opening Reception Friday, January 15th, 6:00 - 9:00pm
Ping Pong Gallery is pleased to present its first solo exhibition with Canadian artist Lucy Pullen. The Effect Effect will feature new paintings and sculptures. The opening reception will take place on Friday, January 15th from 6-9pm. The exhibition will be on view through February 12th.
Pullen adopts a multi-faceted approach to art making that is marked by curiosity, idealism, and technical daring. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Media and Communication with the European Graduate School in Saas-Fee Switzerland, and is a tenured Assistant Professor at the University of Victoria in Britich Columbia. Pullen was invited to produce the fifth issue of THE THING, a quarterly periodical published in the form of an object.
