CURATORS / FEATURED ARTISTS:
Kimberley Campisano
Yasmin Lambie-Simpson

Change is something we all experience. While a nation such as ours confronts major shifts of historical proportions, how are we dealing with our own intimate life changes? How do we shed the old and embrace the new? Can stages in one’s life give way to opportunities where baggage can be manifested into lightness?

Shedding allows artists a chance to share their moments of change and explore how psychological, social and personal baggage can be manifested into creative expression.

Featured artists, Kimberley Campisano and Yasmin Lambie-Simpson, investigate installation as an opportunity to explore life changes, lighten social expectations and discover rejuvenation and affirmations for the spirit. This group show will also feature contributions from Bay Area and nationally exhibiting guest artists.
